Locally founded non profit A Soldiers Child is celebrating their ten-year anniversary this month.

A Soldier's Child provides meaningful gifts to children of fallen military personnel on their birthday and to children for Christmas while they have a parent that is deployed. The group is also known for providing college scholarships and sending children to a summer camp with other children who have lost a parent.
