A man allegedly yelling obscenities was arrested by Murfreesboro Police at the Knights Inn on South Church Street this past weekend (4/23/17).

A clerk at the local motel told police he was also screaming that he had a gun while in the lobby. The clerk said the man appeared to be threatening.

31 Year old Timothy Jackson from Alabama apparently dropped his shorts when a Murfreesboro Police Car pulled up, exposing himself to the responding officer. Police also witnessed the man yell obscenities to a passing woman who was with her children on the motel property.

An officer wrote in a police report, "Mr. Jackson seemed to be disconnected with reality." The subject was also talking about religion, but did not make sense.

Jackson was charged disorderly conduct, public intoxication and indecent exposure. He will have to answer to the charges on June 14, 2017.
