Murfreesboro Fire & Rescue Department, Murfreesboro Police Department, and Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident involving a car and SUV in front of the McDonald's on South Rutherford Boulevard around 4:30 Monday morning.

MFRD's Engine 3 and Rescue 2 arrived on scene to find the driver of the car trapped inside. Crews worked to remove the victim, a female in her 20's, and prepared her for transport. Two victims were transported via ambulance to Vanderbilt Medical Center, another was transported to Saint Thomas Rutherford.
