Parents of Local Football Player Suing TSU over Son's Death

The parents of the late former Smyrna High School and Tennessee State football player Wayne Jones are suing the Nashville university for five-million dollars. In the lawsuit, they claim the football staff and trainers didn't provide adaquate care for their son. The 19-year old suffered a heart attack after a practice in November last year. Jones was a four-year standout at Smyrna and signed a scholarship to play at T-S-U.
