Parking around the Murfreesboro Square will likely change over the next few years as downtown businesses continue to see more customers. Right now, parking tickets are not covering the costs of having a police officer write tickets to those who park longer than allowed.

Right now, there are no real parking requirements for new or old businesses when they open on the square.



Nothing concrete has been decided as the city will undertake a parking study of the downtown area.
