On Thursday (5/17/2018)) the Murfreesboro Police Department held its Annual Peace Officers Memorial Day Service at the new headquarters building on Highland Avenue. A massive marble memorial to the fallen officers was unveiled in a special garden beside the entrance to the new facility.
