Robbing the Pita Pit is the crime that 31-year-old Terrance Yates of Readyville was charged with on March 4, 2018. The man was captured by Murfreesboro Police about two addresses down from the Rutherford Boulevard Business.

Yates was caught at the nearby Cookout Restaurant after the Pita Pit holdup this past Sunday. Officers brought the suspect before the victim to identify and after his identity was confirmed, he was taken to jail.

Yates is due in court on June 6, 2018.
