A search warrant has been applied for by Murfreesboro Police to seize a phone belonging to a man who is currently on probation, according to a Murfreesboro Police Incident Report.

Earlier this week police responded to the Board of Probation and Parole office on Old Fort Parkway where they met with Julian McAdoo. The report filed on the scene stated, "I had just recently seized a phone from Mr. McAdoo for possibly having child porn on it and awaiting the search warrant."

The report went on to state that McAdoo told police he did not have a phone, which was later found in his vehicle. The reporting officer then said McAdoo told him the phone was out of service, which it was not. A Board of Probation and Parole employee told police they previously found several pictures of females on the phone that "could possibly be underage."
