Positive Business News: One of the Oldest Companies in Rutherford County Makes New Hire

Elizabeth “Liz” Stuard has joined Roscoe Brown, Inc. as Service and Sales Representative, according to company President Norman Brown.  In this new position, Stuard will work closely with current and new heating and air conditioning (HVAC) customers on one-time repairs and scheduled fall and spring maintenance of their HVAC systems.

“We are very pleased to welcome Liz Stuard to our team,” Brown said.  “Liz’s sole focus is going to be on communicating with our customers and making sure they have the services they need from us to stay cool in summer and warm in winter.”

Stuard has more than 17 years’ experience in scheduling, service and sales within the industry, and formerly worked for more than seven years with ARS Rescue Rooter in Nashville, and AAA Auto Club South in Nashville, in similar capacities.   A graduate of La Vergne High School, she is married to Richard Stuard.  The couple has two children, Sydney, a junior at Stewarts Creek High School and Avannah, a second grader at Stewartsboro Elementary. The family is members at Springhouse Worship Arts Center in Smyrna.

“I am really excited about joining Roscoe Brown,” Stuard said.  “I am a very detail-oriented and organized person, and this is the perfect job for me.  I love to ‘own my job’ and really dedicate myself to making sure all of the details are covered.  I especially enjoy getting to know the customers and making sure they always are satisfied with our service.”
