A Columbia, Tennessee woman who reportedly goes by the nickname of “Cream,” has been arrested in Murfreesboro on a charge of Promoting Prostitution. Ashley Leanna Depina was apprehended on Wednesday.

Officer Brown, who is with the Murfreesboro Police Department, wrote in the arrest report, “I observed two females soliciting for prostitution on Backpage.com at the Super 8 Motel on Chaffin Place.” The Backpage.com ad showed that 28-year old Depina allegedly charges $150 for a half hour with her or $200 for a full hour.

Once at the hotel, police confirmed Depina’s identity through the National Crime and Information Center database and the photos in her reported online ad. Police say when they knocked on the hotel door, a man by the name of Anthony Hill answered. A second woman by the name of Destiny Anderson was also in the room with Hill and Depina. Anderson, who just turned 18 in February, was charged with Promotion of Prostitution as well. She too is from Columbia, Tennessee.

Authorities were able to recover log books in the hotel room that outlined dollar amounts, session times, and names and addresses of possible customers. The log books were, according to police, in plain view. A cell phone in the motel room further confirmed through text messages, customers negotiating prices for sexual services.

Police found numerous used condoms in the hotel room, although the three suspects stated that no one else had been in the room with them. However, the arrest report filed by Officer Brown states, “Mr. Hill stated he does not use condoms and did not know how the condoms got there.” Hill, who is also from Columbia, Tennessee, was also charged with the Promotion of Prostitution.

All three remain behind bars at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
