A new chapter in the history of a local private school was written today (Wednesday). Providence Christian Academy broke ground on a new five-and-a-half-million dollar addition to their school on DeJarnette (dee-JAR-net) Lane. Headmaster Butch Vaughn spoke with WGNS at the groundbreaking ceremony...

The new additions will be ready by the start of the next school year, 2014-2015. In the meantime, the middle and high school students will utilize portable classrooms this year during the construction.
