VERBATIM:

Matthew Garren Peeden, 26, of Cookeville, was found May 16th in Wilson County and is being held without bond at the Rutherford County Adult Detention on felony Violation of Probation charges until a June 27 hearing in Circuit Court.

Toni Jo Cunningham, 37, 0f 419 Forrest St., Murfreesboro was captured Monday.

She is being held in lieu of $29,500 on three charges of failure to appear and bondsman going off bail for a prior charge.  Cunningham is also being held without bond for violation of state parole until all the cases are heard June 26 in General Sessions court.

Brandon Tyler Mulac, 20, of 1008 Peachtree Drive, Smyrna, was picked up Thursday in Smyrna. He is being held in lieu of $40,000 bond until a Circuit Court hearing next Wednesday. Mulac faces felony violation of probation and aggravated burglary charges on that date.  Robert Rickman, WGNS news.
