The Blackman Blaze, behind Jacob Jones' complete game shutout, defeated Stewarts Creek 6-0 to claim the Region 4-AAA Championship.

Jones gave up only three hits, struck out three and walked only one in the win. Blaze catcher Peyton Milam went 4-for-5 at the plate with two runs scored and two driven in. The Red Hawks were only able to scatter three hits in the game.

Blackman will host Walker Valley in the sectional finals on Friday. We'll have the game on NewsRadio WGNS. Stewarts Creek will travel to Ooltewah Friday. Sectional winners will play in next week's Spring Fling State Tournament.

Central Magnet went to Signal Mountain and left with an 11-to-9 win. They'll host Chattanooga Central Friday in the Sectional. Eagleville, who finished runner up in Region 5-A, will travel to Loretto Friday.
