A local business has reported a theft of money that was supposed to be deposited. The money added up to nearly $3,500.

According to a police incident report, the deposits likely went missing just before Christmas. It is not yet known who may have taken the money from the Pei Wei Restaurant on Medical Center Parkway, but it is known exactly who had access to it.

The case is currently under investigation.
