Have you thought about fishing but never have because you're inexperienced? Do you have kids you'd like to take fishing? Then the free fishing day, put on by Riverdale FFA, is for you.

It will be held on Saturday, July 16th from 8am until 12pm at the Lane Agri-Park on John R. Rice Boulevard (down from Sam's and next door to PAWS).

Riverdale FFA member Gracie Pendelton says there are plenty of fish in the pond - a guarantee you'll catch something:

FFA member Branden Holden and advisor Michael Shirley say you don't have to be an experienced fisherman:

Bring your fishing pole, bait and a lawn chair to enjoy the free fishing event. Riverdale FFA will have a limited number of fishing poles for those who don't have one.

Again - the free fishing event, put on by Riverdale FFA, is on Saturday, July 16th from 8am until 12pm at the Lane Agri-Park.
