A Rockvale woman attempting to purchase a firearm is arrested after a background check revealed active warrants. Tabitha Resha Davis of Kingwood Lane in Rockvale was arrested at the Old Fort Parkway Wal-Mart after Murfreesboro Police Officer Patrick Rottero was contacted by the store. He reports the 38-year old woman tried to purchase a firearm but the T-B-I check showed outstanding warrants in both Rutherford and Cannon Counties. Bond for Davis was set at over 21-thousand dollars.
