A Lascassas man is a victim of identity theft after a fraudulent Comcast account was opened up in his name. A couple of weeks ago, Kevin Anderson of Silver Dollar Street got a call from a collection agency saying he owed the cable company more than 700-dollars. He tells NewsChannel 5 the account, using his name, was opened up in Antioch...a place he's never lived...

Anderson says he's worried the identity thief isn't done...

While the collection agency now knows Anderson was an identity theft victim, the charges are still unresolved. The Rutherford County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
