The T-Double-S-Double-A's Board of Control voted to extend contracts with Rutherford County to continue to host state championships in several sports.

Girls and boys basketball will remain at MTSU's Murphy Center through at least 2021 along with Spring Fling through that same classification cycle. Girls soccer will also continue to be held at the Richard Siegel Soccer Complex for at least the next two years.

In addition, the board voted to continue to have football state championships in Cookeville, beating out a bid from Clarksville.

Despite many golf coaches' desire to have the state championships in their sport at Murfreesboro's Old Fort Golf Course, Manchester's Willowbrook won the bid. They've hosted the golf state championships for the past eight years.
