The United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties and the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce have partnered with other community leaders to fund a community-wide needs assessment facilitated by the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness at Middle Tennessee State University.

The assessment will look at a number of issues in Rutherford County.
