Smyrna uses a big fifth inning to propel them to a 13-3 win over Blackman in six-innings in softball. Blackman led 2-nothing in the top of the third but Smyrna came back to tie it in the bottom of the inning. The Lady Blaze took a one-run lead in the fourth, only to see Smyrna battle back again for two runs in the bottom of the fourth. That's before the flood gates opened. The Lady Bulldogs tacked on the game winning run in the bottom of the sixth. Smyrna pitcher Mackenzie Prince gave up three runs on seven hits. She struck out 10 in the win.
