The Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS (MTAR) has begun their annual Scholarship Awards process for fall 2014. Scholarship applications were mailed out January 2nd to guidance counselors in all high schools in the 8-county MTAR service area. MTAR serves Bedford, Cannon, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Marion, Moore and Rutherford Counties in Tennessee.

MTAR accepts scholarship applications each spring from high school seniors planning to attend an accredited 2-year or 4-year college or university that is physically located within the 8-county MTAR area. In addition, the student must currently reside in one of those counties. This year’s scholarships are for fall 2014 and spring 2015. They may be used for any expense the student may incur.
