Murfreesboro City Schools say that Wednesday, August 1, 2018 is a half day for students in 1st-6th grade. The first full day for Murfreesboro Schools will be on Monday, August 6, 2018.

As for Rutherford County, the first half day will be on Monday, August 6th. Rutherford County Schools report that it will be a two hour day. The first full day for county students is on Wednesday, August 8, 2018.
