This follows the Sunday night arrest of Paige Terrell Lawyer. He was wanted out of the Fort Worth, Texas, area on charges of double-murder. He was arrested on Butterfly Bend in the Blackman area by U.S. Marshals, Murfreesboro Police and Rutherford County Sheriff's Office.

Both Najera and Lawyer are being held without bond awaiting extradition.
