Tuesday will be a day to be weather aware. The Storm Prediction Center has placed Rutherford County and most of Middle Tennessee in an enhanced risk of severe thunderstorms Tuesday. Scattered severe thunderstorms, some capable of producing tornadoes, will sweep through the area Tuesday afternoon. Temperatures in the upper 60's to low 70's will set the stage for rough storms. Stay close to a source of weather information Tuesday afternoon.
