Severe Weather Possible Overnight

Severe thunderstorms are possible across all of Middle Tennessee tonight (Tuesday). Areas south and southeast of Nashville, including Murfreesboro, Smyrna and La Vergne, is where the greatest threat for isolated tornadoes will occur. However, damaging winds will be the main concern from 9pm until 4am.

Since this severe weather event is expected overnight, please be sure you have a way of getting weather information. A NOAA weather radio is the best way to get warnings when you're sleeping.
