According to the arrest report, Evans is not allowed to be within 1,000 feet of a daycare or school due to him being on the sex offender registry. In 2010, he was charged with solicitation of a minor and exploitation of a minor with an electronic device.

Evans, who was charged with “Violation of the Sex Offender Registry,” will have to appear in court on August 20, 2014.
