Two packages of Prilosec and several rows of razors off a store shelf is what one alleged thief is accused of taking at a local Walgreens store.

A man wearing an Under Armor hoodie with an Under Armor baseball cap walked into the Walgreens on Medical Center Parkway and grabbed a shopping cart. The man placed a Hallmark Gift Bag in the cart and then grabbed the heartburn medication and then headed to the isle that is stocked with shaving supplies. The police report states, “He then went to the razor aisle and cleared out several rows of razors that were in single security boxes, taking the security boxes also.”

An awaiting Ford Taurus was apparently the get-away vehicle. As bizarre as it might sound, the man was said to have summoned the driver by a brief call on his cell phone from inside the store. So far, the man has not been caught, but it is believed the man has hit several other drug stores in the area.
