A "Shots Fired" call was reported at Interstate Warehousing on Joe B. Jackson Parkway Monday (11/7/16) around 6 in the morning.

A police report shows that employees in a break room heard the shot along with several employees outside who also heard gunfire.

On the scene, Murfreesboro Police learned that a window had been shot out at the company. A surveillance camera recorded a red truck and a grey in color car driving by at about the time the shot was heard. However, no word on who actually fired the shot.

Police were able to recover bullet shrapnel at the building that had the broken window, but the size of bullet was not released by detectives.

The case is under investigation, no injuries were reported.
