Murfreesboro Police are investigating shots fired in the area of West Clark Boulevard and Grantland Avenue.

Officer Corey Didier reports responding to the call Sunday just after 8pm. A witness reported hearing one gun shot and seeing a white SUV drive by at a high rate of speed. They then heard two more shots and a newer model Dodge Challenger chasing the SUV.

They told Officer Didier both vehicles turned onto Medical Center Parkway and sped away. There were no shell casings found at the scene.
