(MURFREESBORO) A man with a history of dementia and strokes was last seen around lunchtime Saturday (5/2/2020) at his home on 2623 Isaiah Place in Murfreesboro.

A "SILVER ALERT" has been issued for 69-year old Joe Allen Garner was wearing a yellow hat, blue sweater--possibly tied around his waist--blue jeans and black tennis shoes.

Garner has blonde hair, hazel eyes, and is 5-feet 9-inches tall and weighs approximately 185-pounds.
