The new Del Webb Community, called Southern Harmony is a massive new development in the Blackman area of Rutherford County, TN.

The new Del Webb Community, called Southern Harmony will feature 1,111 new homes.

The new Del Webb Community, called Southern Harmony will sit of 522 acres along Highway 96.

The new Del Webb Community, called Southern Harmony on Highway 96 / Franklin Rd. in Murfreesboro.

The Clubhouse, which will feature an indoor lap pool.

The Clubhouse will also hold a fitness room and more.
