Smyrna Armed Robbery Being Investigated

The Smyrna Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying individuals that are responsible for an armed robbery. On September 15, at approximately 8:00am, at Jet's Pizza on Almaville Road in Smyrna an employee was robbed at knife point. The suspect entered and exited the business through the back door. Before leaving the store, he struck the victim in the face. He is described as a white male, approximately 6'0" and 220 lbs. He was concealing his face with what appeared to be a green T-Shirt and was wearing a brown "work jacket", blue jeans, and black gloves. We have photos of the suspect on WGNSRadio.com.

The suspect vehicle is a two tone white/grey minivan believed to be a 2003-2007 Ford Freestar. The van was driven by a white female believed to be in her early 20's with blond hair. Photos of both suspects and the suspect vehicle are attached. The owner of the business is offering a reward of $1,000 if anyone can provide information leading to the arrest and conviction of these individuals.
