Smyrna Police are looking for a man who robbed the Shell station on Almaville Road. The Valentine's Day robbery happened just before 11am when the suspect displayed a black handgun to the teller as well as customers in the store. The suspect left on foot, toward I-24, with an undisclosed amount of cash from the cash register. No one was physically injured during this robbery.

Sergeant Bobby Gibson tells NewsRadio WGNS the suspect is described as a white male, about 5'5" tall with a stocky build. He appeared to be in his early 20's and may not be as large as his appearance seems due to heavy clothing. They estimate he may be approximately 200 - 250 pounds, but his clothing was bulky. He was wearing a black jacket with a hoodie, blue jeans and a lime/neon green pair of gloves. The gloves had a black emblem on them as well.
