A Smyrna family is seeking to adopt a child and need the communities help. Jimmy and Pamela Barrett have been approved by an accredited Christian adoption agency and are awaiting placement of a newborn baby. The long journey is also costly. That's why the family is part of this Saturday's (January 24th) Adoption Rally at Lipscomb University. Tickets to a basketball game are 10-dollars and 100-percent of the proceeds will benefit families seeking adoption.
