Smyrna Police asking for public's help in locating runaway teenager

Smyrna Police are working with other law enforcement agencies in Rutherford County in hopes of locating a runaway teen. Chief Kevin Arnold told WGNS that Samuel David Casanova allegedly ran-away from his residence in Smyrna, TN on April 23rd.

WGNS was told that Casanova is under house arrest and left his home while his guardian was sleeping. Casanova has a petition on file with the Rutherford County Sheriff's office.

Chief Arnold stated in an email, "Casanova has been in and around the Smyrna / Murfreesboro area since he ran away and appears to be hiding with friends."


Any information regarding his whereabouts can be forwarded to Smyrna Police Det. James Scott at 615-459-6644.
