(SMYRNA) Leah Gongora-Rodriguez, 7 pounds, 10 ounces and 20 inches long, was the Smyrna community's first baby of the new year and was born at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center.

Proud parents, Linet and Franklin of Antioch, welcomed their healthy baby girl at 12:42 p.m. on Jan. 2 at TriStar StoneCrest. Dr. Norman Hamburger, OB/GYN, delivered the newborn. Maternity services staff presented a New Year gift basket to the family in honor of baby Leah's special delivery.
