The first winter weather of the year could impact travel as we approach the weekend. Nashville National Weather Service Meteorologist Sam Shamburger says there are a couple of chances of wintery weather in the forecast...

Shamburger says forecast models aren't together on the amounts of snow, they're growing more confident that snowfall will impact Middle Tennessee. Amounts will likely be enough to impact travel, but a large snowfall isn't expected. As you know, it doesn't take much accumulation to cause big travel headaches around the mid-state.
