Sobriety Checkpoint Set For Friday Night Along Lebanon Highway

Law enforcement officers will check motorists for drinking and driving during a sobriety checkpoint from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2013 on U.S. Highway 231 North (Lebanon Highway).  Drivers will be checked by law enforcement officers from the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Highway Patrol and police departments during the checkpoint in the Walter Hill community.  The sobriety checkpoint is funded in a partnership with the Governor’s Highway Safety Office.
