A Tyne Avenue woman reported to Murfreesboro Police that someone filed taxes with the I-R-S in her name. The 41-year old victim reported while attempting to file her taxes, she discovered someone else had already filed them. She said she contacted the I-R-S, who confirmed she was a victim of identity theft. There have been several reports of this in Murfreesboro already.
