Special Kids Therapy & Nursing Center is pleased to announce its Banquet will be held on Thursday, September 21, at Experience Community Church in Murfreesboro. Entertainment will be provided by local Middle Tennessee artist, Paige Pitts, to accompany the dinner provided by Demos' Restaurant and Peter D's.

"Special Kids is delighted to have Paige entertaining our guests," says Ashley Russom, Special Kids event specialist, who is organizing the event. "Paige will be painting live to music. The art she creates will be focused on Special Kids and the work the Lord is doing here."

The theme for the banquet event is "An art-filled evening of His workmanship" based on Ephesians 2:10 which says, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works..." The Banquet will also feature children and families impacted by the Special Kids ministry.

Russom is joined in planning the event by 15 ladies who have invited the community to support Special Kids through purchasing seats and sponsoring the evening. The Banquet committee includes Joelle Cannon, Beverly Davis, Kristen Demos, Lisa Dugger, Stephanie Folkmann, Patti Hutchinson, Pam Jones, Angie Kleinau, Mary Lovelace, Brenda McFarlin, Susan Moss, Jenny Reed, Kimberly Robertson, Ginger Spencer and Beth Ussery.

The special event will commence with a silent auction at 5:30 pm to be immediately followed by dinner from Demos' Restaurant and Peter D's. Tables of eight are available for $800, and individual tickets are on sale for $100. Additional sponsorship opportunities are available as well. To reserve a seat, visit specialkidstn.com/banquet or call 615.893.4892. Proceeds from the event will benefit children with special needs that are served at Special Kids Therapy & Nursing Center.

Sponsors for the event already include food sponsors Demos' Restaurant and Peter D's. Journeyman Sponsor is Murfreesboro Medical Clinic. Apprentice Sponsors are Volunteer State Bank, Ole South Properties and Wax Family Printing.
