US Bank made a visit to Special Kids Tuesday to present the local nonprofit with a $1,000 grant to continue their partnership starting in 2008. The grant funds will help the organization to serve children with special needs in the middle Tennessee community.

Special Kids is a Christian nonprofit providing rehabilitation and nursing services to children with special needs. The Murfreesboro-based ministry started with one child in 1998 and has grown to serve over 2,500 children from 11 counties in middle Tennessee.
