"We are blessed that the ongoing support of Pinnacle Financial Partners was doubled this year through the matching gift program by Grange Insurance," states Chris Truelove, executive director of Special Kids Therapy and Nursing Center. These matching funds are coming at a perfect time in that we are experiencing exponential growth and Special Kids."

Miller Loughry Beach, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pinnacle Financial Partners, is one of the largest independent insurance agencies in middle Tennessee. Through their partnership with Grange Insurance, the company qualified for matching gift funds to their non-profit of choice. Since 2006, Pinnacle Financial Partners has supported Special Kids with $5,000 as an annual Heritage Partner and chose to double their investment in 2016 through the matching funds.

The $10,000 investment will help the therapy and nursing center alleviate costs involved in serving over 300 children with special needs. Special Kids is currently receiving an average of 65 referrals for new patients each month and is working diligently to keep up with the needs of the growing community in middle Tennessee.

Miller Loughry Beach Insurance Services has represented Grange Insurance since the mid 1980's, originally via Beach & Gentry Insurance. Miller Loughry Beach has been a Senior Partner with Grange consistently for 10 plus years. The Senior Partner designation is earned based upon premium volume and the company's relationship with Grange.

"Miller Loughry Beach was excited that we were able to utilize the matching funds grant from Grange Insurance for such a worthy cause," states Ken Halliburton, managing principal at Miller Loughry Beach. "Special Kids is a wonderful ministry in our community as I know many families personally that have been touched by Special Kids. We are glad that we can contribute in this way so that Special Kids can continue to offer their services and touch so many lives in such a positive way! "

Special Kids is a Christian therapy and nursing center for children with special needs. The Murfreesboro-based ministry started with one child in 1998 and has grown to serve over 3,100 children from 18 counties in middle Tennessee.
