St. Baldrick's Day at Riverdale High School Friday

Riverdale High School will hold their annual St. Baldrick's Day head shaving event on Friday, March 18 at 1:00 in the Gymnasium. Lamar Davis, a teacher at Riverdale, tells NewsRadio WGNS they'll hold their "Brave the Shave" event...

Davis says "Brave the Shave" has grown at Riverdale. In 2014, 15 faculty members shaved their heads to raise 42-hundred dollars. Last year, 48 students and 16 faculty raised 11-thousand dollars. This year, Davis says their goal is 70 shavees and 20-thousand dollars all going to the St. Baldrick's Foundation.
