St. Patrick's Day had special meaning in Murfreesboro this year. The 7th Annual Bald In The 'Boro along with Brave The Shave at Riverdale High School, both raised money to fund childhood cancer research.

Earlier on Friday (3/17/2017), Riverdale High School's students and faculty got behind their Brave The Shave and raised $32,131.23.

Then St. Patty's Day celebrating continued at Lanes, Trains, and Automobiles with Bald In The Boro.

All money raised from Bald In The 'Boro went to fund childhood cancer research. Volunteers from the Beehive Salon in Murfreesboro helped to cut hair at the event and any tips they received also went to the St. Baldrick's Foundation.
