(MURFREESBORO) All was calm and safe in Murfreesboro on Friday (2/14/2020). St. Rose student Jackson Sloan enjoyed being "Police Chief for the Day" after his father purchased the honor in a silent auction fundraiser for the Beesley Foundation.

By the way, Jackson's dad, Matt Sloan, remembers Murfreesboro Police Chief Michael Bowen back when he worked at Sloan Honda. That was before he changed careers and joined the Murfreesboro Police Department.
