State Road Funding for Rutherford County

The state House voted to allocate $55 million to the state's 95 counties for road projects as part of the annual state budget bill. It's part of the governor's 37-billion dollar budget.


Under the proposal, Rutherford County would receive over one-million dollars in road money.

The state Senate is expected to pass the budget this week, sending it to Governor Haslam for his signature.
