Stones River Manor was presented with SeniorAdvisor’s Award of  Excellence for receiving consistently high ratings from residents and their families in 2013.

SeniorAdvisor.com is a national consumer review website established by A Place for Mom (APFM), the nation’s largest senior living referral service, which provides seniors and their families a way to share feedback on senior living communities and services. Award winners have been recognized for having the best customer ratings and reviews out of more than 100,000 senior care providers, with composite ratings of 4.5 out of 5 possible stars on the site.

Winners of the Excellence Award are located all over the country and represent the top tier of independent living, assisted living and Alzheimer’s care communities on the SeniorAdvisor.com website. This exclusive designation places the winners in the top one percent of senior living communities nationwide according to consumers.

Kirkland A. Mason, CEO, graciously accepted the award on behalf of Stones River Manor in an award ceremony Tuesday. “It is extremely gratifying to be recognized for work that we do,” he stated, “especially by the ones that we serve. As this area’s first home for the aged and Rutherford County’s only faith-based, not-for-profit senior living community, we are committed to good, quality care for our residents.”

In addition to independent living apartments and five levels of assisted living care, the Manor also provides  Alzheimer’s and dementia care in their Assured Care Center, which was Tennessee’s first licensed facility for such care in assisted living. Adult day care, respite care and a broad range of clinical and therapy services are also available to residents at Stones River Manor.
