The Stones River National Battlefield offers lantern tours of the Stones River National Cemetery during the summer months, with the next tour scheduled for June 18 at 7:45 p.m.

Stories taken from the letters and diaries of men who fought and died in the Civil War will be presented at the Battlefield in Murfreesboro. Join a park ranger for an hour-long walk by lantern light through the Stones River National Cemetery.

Stones River National Battlefield is a 650-acre national park and cemetery dedicated to preserving the memory of those who fought and died at this crucial Civil War battle. The site is located at 1563 North Thompson Lane, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee
