An employee of a chain store that is located inside the Stones River Mall has been accused of stealing not only cash, but also merchandise from the retailer she works for. The thefts were reported at a store called “Vanity,” which is a store in the mall. The retailer sells clothing that is popular among female teens and young adults.

A regional loss prevention officer for the store actually has video of the suspect taking merchandise, according to a recently filed crime report. That same report outlines $4,700 worth of clothing that has been stolen from the store since May. Over $900 in cash is also missing that was supposed to be deposited into the stores banking account.
