Up and down weather is expected this first week of 2017. Early week storms and mild temperatures will give way to much colder weather by the end of the week. Then, a chance of snow is in the forecast. While it's much too early to tell how much of the white stuff could fall, temperatures will certainly be cold enough to support frozen precipitation. The high Friday is expected to only be 31-degrees.
